About This Event

Round 7 of the 2026 Triple Crown Series takes the championship to one of the most scenic venues in Canadian motocross: MX Deschambault in Deschambault, Quebec. Nestled along the banks of the St. Lawrence River, this facility combines world-class racing with a setting that is truly unique on the national calendar.

MX Deschambault features a technical, undulating layout carved into the natural riverside terrain. The track is characterized by its mix of hard-pack and loamy soil, steep hillside climbs, off-camber descents, and sections that wind through tree-lined corridors. The natural elevation changes create a demanding course that tests every aspect of a rider's skill set. Quebec fans are among the most passionate in the country, and the atmosphere at Deschambault — with the river as a backdrop — is something every motocross enthusiast should experience.

Round 7 also features a Deschambault exclusive: the PreMix two-stroke class joins the program for this round only, adding the sound and smoke of premix machinery to race day. With just two rounds remaining after this event, the penultimate round carries enormous championship weight. Gates open at 8:00 AM local time. Spectator tickets are on sale now — view options and buy below. The event will be broadcast live on Fox Sports and streamed on the Ryde TV app.

Race Format

How the Triple Crown Series works — from classes and motos to team competition and stage points.

450 Pro Class
Canada's top professional motocross riders on 450cc machines. Two motos per round. Combined moto scores determine overall round results and championship points. The premier class of the Triple Crown Series.
250 Pro Class
The 250 Pro class showcases Canada's rising stars on 250cc machinery. Two motos per round with its own championship standings, separate from the 450 Pro title. A valid MRC pro license is required.
WMX Class
Women's Motocross competition at the national professional level. WMX riders compete across all eight rounds of the 2026 season with full championship points and their own season title up for grabs.
PreMix Class Round 7 Only
The two-strokes are back — exclusively at Deschambault. The fan-favourite PreMix class returns to the gate for Round 7 only, filling the air with premix smoke and the unmistakable sound of two-stroke machinery. Two 12-minute + 1-lap motos with their own podium celebrations.
Team Competition
Two-rider teams combine their individual points into a single team score. The team with the most combined points across the season wins the Triple Crown Team Championship — a format unique to the TCS.
Points & Scoring
Points are awarded on the standard MX scale after each moto. Overall round scores are based on combined two-moto results. Stage points provide additional championship opportunities at the end of each stage.
Stage 3 Info
This event is Round 7 of Stage 3, which runs across Rounds 6, 7, and 8 (Ottawa, Deschambault, and Walton). Stage 3 points are awarded at the conclusion of Round 8. With the season finale approaching, this penultimate round is where championship contenders make their final moves.
